Donor and Contribution Information
Empower One staff members will be given access to donor and contribution information only as required in the performance of their responsibilities. In addition to the financial staff and financial contractors, donor information is available to assigned staff members of the development and marketing department as approved by the Executive Team.
All donor and contribution information will be kept electronically in our password, access-protected donor software and accounting software. Paper donations or contribution information that is no longer needed will be shredded.
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

Empower One may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Empower One or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Empower One, including its Web site; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Empower One or the public.
