A two-day pastors training ended in a door to door evangelism that saw 96 people reached with the gospel. 53 pastors convened at Kyato Baptist Church, Kayunga district between 16th and 17th, August, 2019. 11 of them got saved and were baptized immediately. Also 15 backsliders renewed their relationship with Jesus. The church was strengthened and encouraged, while leaders trained.
Moyo Youth Mission:
This youth mission was led by Pastors John Mawa Liki and Clement Kenyi, the youth leader for Moyo refugee churches. From August 18-20, 2019 participants were divided into five groups to strengthen five churches. Salvation Baptist Church, Itula Baptist Church, Hope Baptist Church, Agape Baptist Church and Grace Baptist Church were strengthened by door to door evangelism. The total number of the people who got saved was 343.
After combing 26 homesteads with the gospel of Jesus Christ, a church was planted in Logoba village, Moyo district.
186 people, mainly South Sudanese, heard the word of God, 10 responded positively to the call and five renewed their walk with Jesus. Between 20 and 22, August, 2019, there was door to door evangelism and discipleship sessions with new believers and equipping church leaders with ministry skills.
Testimony: Among those saved was a renown drunk and the entire village rejoiced over his new found faith. A local council authority promised to give land for the church because the church had changed the life of a notorious resident of the area.
There was door to door evangelism and discipleship sessions in ITULA Camp (Pasu) on 8/24/2019 Saturday. 53 people attended the discipleship sessions, and 96 people were reached with the gospel.
11 people came to faith. Several others were prayed for deliverance from different kinds of sicknesses and demonic oppression.
Testimony: One Ruth, an elderly woman, had been tormented by demons for 10 years. She found freedom and deliverance when she surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
There was door to door evangelism done by the youths of Tika Agape Church. They reached 80 people with the gospel of peace and 03 got saved while 06 backsliders were restored to faith. The event was interrupted by rain. Let us continue praying for that area so that next time something is done there.
Members from six Baptist Churches in Yumbe crossed over to Korijo Internally Displaced Camp (IDP) in S/Sudan to plant a church. The church was planted after carrying out door to door evangelism and discipleship sessions with new believers. This mission took place from Friday 8/23/2019 to Sunday 8/25/2019.
Preachers went to 29 households and preached to 200 people. 14 people got saved and 6 renewed their faith.
Other activities included: evening open air for two days and Jesus Film show for two nights.
Testimony: Being a rainy season, there were signs of an on-coming rain. Missioners prayed in one accord that God would withhold the rain until the outreach was complete. Well, it never rained until Sunday evening , when all activities were done. Praise God.

Youths and women of Swinga Central Baptist Church obeyed the call to missions by taking on a door to door evangelism on 8/17/2019. They reached 32 homes and preached to 209 people, where 26 people were saved. The church was strengthened and encouraged, new members added to the congregation. 18 of them were baptized immediately.
On 8/24/2019 Angwarapi Baptist Church hosted 106 kids for a one-day camp. Children aged 12 to 16 years old attentively listened to the teachings. 20 of them invited Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives. They are still under-going new convert classes then baptism will follow. Pray for those children.
A one-day seminar at Pakadha Baptist Church attracted 150 participants. The seminar centered on Integrity, had 4 people get saved.
